How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It's the family business that I grew up around. This is the 2nd generation of a family owned and operated business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Customer Service, because all glass shops can offer the same products.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 Location, as the economy improves we would like to expand in the next 10 years.

We are located in Waukesha. From I-94 get off the freeway on Barker Rd. and head south, go to Greenfield Ave and head west, when you get to the 164/59 bypass go through the intersection (Greenfield now turns into Arcadian Ave) and we are located on the north side of the street about 2 blocks west of this intersection.
